The terms you buy under. Short, and specific to what this shop actually does.
Who you are buying from
UAE consumer-protection law requires a seller to tell you which licensed entity is behind the shop. That is:

Prices and VAT
Every price on this site includes 5% VAT, as UAE law requires for consumer prices. The price shown is the price charged — we do not add tax at checkout, and we will never charge you more than the price you saw.
Delivery is charged separately where it applies, and the charge is shown before you pay. The full table is on the delivery page.
Your invoice
Every order is invoiced, dated, and carries our Tax Registration Number. Keep it — it is your proof of purchase, and it is what a service centre asks to see on a warranty claim.
Where you give us a Tax Registration Number, or the order comes to more than AED 10,000, you receive a full tax invoice rather than a simplified one, so a business buyer can reclaim the input VAT.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, honoured here in the UAE. The length is shown on each product page — twelve months on most things, longer on some brands and on some accessories. Your dated invoice is the proof of purchase a claim needs.
To be precise about one thing, because it is easy to assume otherwise: we do not record device serial numbers or IMEIs against your order. Your warranty is evidenced by the invoice, not by a serial number we hold on file.
Returns
You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, and a faulty item within 30 days. The detail, including what cannot be returned once opened, is on the returns page.
Paying
This store currently accepts: Cash on Delivery.
When the order is binding
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline one — most often because the last unit sold in the minutes before you paid. If we decline after taking payment, you get the money back in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
